Hello Salemng, One good way to find the answer to a question like this is to do a search of the wordpress forums. If you can’t find what you’re looking for that way, you might then post a question to the forums — there are some very smart people helping out over there and I’m guessing you’ll have no problem getting an answer (although you should make your question more specific and clear — I’m not sure what you mean by “upload my own themes”).
