Best Blogs Revisited

Oh boy here it goes. I thought I would take some time to look back and reflect on some of the blogs that I personally have reviewed on Best Blogs. Are they still updating? Does their content still hold up to Best Blog standards? Well let’s take a look shall we.

The New York Pizza blog was the first blog that I reviewed back in March. I happy to say that the author is still updating. Good job!
Adventures in Writing was moved to another domain a few weeks after the review but I’m happy to annouce that she’s still updating on her new site. Good luck on your adventures.

iplaybass was a porn/sex blog that I reviewed a whie back. Despite of what you may think of the topic, this blog was awesome. It’s a shame that he’s no longer updating. To tell you the truth I think the blog was a temporary project for a University class. So the blog probably ended with his project.

Lorelle was and still is the definitive resource for bloggers on She’s even become a member of the 9rules content network.

I thought the gamesnitch podcast was pretty decent. But then they failed to update.

oneduasan was a funny blog that I ran into a couple months back. Yes you are still updating and I see that you’ve got a nice guide on how to prepare instant cup noodles.

a fairytail of love and courage is an anime blog that I found and reviewd a couple of months back. If you know the anime blogging community, he’s actually kind of famous. Keep it up.

Where is Tai? I guess he went back to real life.

Dr Haisook’s Brain Grooves? Yup.

Life’s Expressions is still updating and has been talking about vegetables for the past couple of posts.

ASD Fotografia is still a great place to look at awesome pictures.

Metropolitan Philidelphia Real Estate is still updating and still unaware of our mention on this blog. Real estate is tough stuff.

Awareness and Consciousness is now called Kavit On Life. Good luck with everything.

chartreuse is still up to the same stuff.

Olorin Sledge just had a baby girl! Congratulations.

Angel Milk is still doing well.

Birthmother Reprise is still alive.

Bonnie is still traveling.

Autonomous Mutations hasn’t updated in a while but we’ll see.

blah blah blah is still doing great.

Luke was just reviewed.

Three lost blogs out of twenty one reviewed blog.

The site’s actually doing pretty well. I’m happy.

Ugghh what a week. Sorry for the lack of updates this week. Technically I’m in charge of one other weekly blog and I’ve been tasked with updating the 9rules feature blog.

A little bit of writing here and there and the writing mind gets tired. Good night folks!

Hi there! Thanks for putting up my link once more!
I’m gonna write some good reviews about my new LCD monitor soon.

Actually, that is better odds than I thought for those sticking with it. Based upon the statistical averages for blog lifespans, this is great!

I read somewhere that the average life of a blog is nine months. But there are a lot of people who so enjoy what they’re doing (and have a plan, as Lorelle often says) that blogging becomes a necessary part of what they do. And when that happens, we’re all the richer for it: readers and writer Thanks for taking a moment to look back!

Ooooh. Very nice blogs there — have been perusing them for a couple hours. I love the blogging culture here.

Thanks for the updates – it’s always fun to visit different blogs and see what folks are up to. ASD Fotografia has some beautiful material!

As for a drop off in posting for some blogs, I have noticed that a lot of folks slow down with the summer months. Perhaps things will pick back up for some bloggers once the come in from the sun!
